Dry type transformers, also known as cast resin type transformers are solid. This means it doesn’t have any rotating parts. Because of this, these types of transformers take maximum advantage of environmentally friendly insulation systems to function properly.

35kv dry-type transformer is mainly composed of transformer core, transformer winding, transformer insulation, transformer lead wire, transformer cooling device and temperature measuring device. The distribution transformer coil is wound on a high-precision winding machine, the low-voltage winding adopts a foil winding structure, and the larger-capacity transformer has a ventilation channel. Vacuum drying is performed after winding is completed. The casting and curing process is operated in strict accordance with the process requirements, so that there are no bubbles and holes in the coil, and the transformer products can achieve high-quality operation results.
