DESCRIPTION

The manufacturing process of cold-rolled unoriented silicon steel is as follows: smelting → vacuum treatment → continuous casting → hot rolling → normalizing → cold rolling → annealing → insulating coating. In the process of smelting, with the increase of silicon content, the temperature of molten steel rises, and the temperature of steel output decreases by about 10℃. Because more ferrosilicon is added after vacuum treatment, the temperature of molten steel rises.
